Producerea şi consumul cărnii de suine pe plan naţional şi mondial

Abstract

În lucrare se prezintă evoluţia efectivului de suine, a producţiei de carne, a consumului de carne total pe an şi pe cap de locuitor în perioada anilor 2002-2016 la nivel mondial. În baza datelor obţinute s-a identificat o creştere continuă a efectivelor mondiale de suine şi a producţiei de carne. Astfel, în anul 2016, comparativ cu anul 2002, efectivele de suine s-au mărit cu 9,98%, iar producţia de carne - cu 26,82%, fapt ce demonstrează că procesele de producere au fost organizate folosind metode intensive, iar creşterea producţiei de carne s-a realizat în mare măsură în baza măririi productivităţii animalelor. Consumul total de carne de porc la nivel mondial a crescut cu 12,5 %.

This paper presents the evolution of swine livestock numbers, pork production, and annual pork consumption (total and per capita) during the years 2002-2016 on a global scale. Based on the obtained data a continuous growth of world swine numbers and pork production was established. In 2016 compared to 2002, the swine numbers increased by 9,98% and the pork production increased by 26,82%, what proves that production processes were organized using intensive husbandry methods and the increase in pork production was based on the increase of animal productivity. The world pork consumption increased by 12,5%.
