Reabilitarea eficientă a patrimoniului public

Abstract

Proiectul de licență “REABILITARE EFICIENTA A PATRIMONIULUI PUBLIC” prezintă o abordare a aspectelor teoretice si practice privind eficiența proiectelor de reabilitare a construcţiilor și anume evaluarea tehnologiilor existente in eficienta lor.

Tratarea problematicii s-a executat prin intermediul METODELOR de analiză și cercetare a ofertelor de materiale de construcții de pe piața autohtonă, analiza resurselor financiare necesare și manopera,.

Scopul lucrării constă în elaborarea unui proiect de reabilitare a primăriei din S, Marinici R. Nisporeni cu ajutor tehnologiilor existente, alegând-o pe cea mai potrivita din punct de vedere a eficientei tehnice si economice. Pentru realizarea scopului propus au fost formulate și realizate următoarele OBIECTIVE:

Studiu conceptelor generale privind eficiența reabilitărilor in construcţii– definiții și explicații generale ce înseamnă reabilitarea eficienta a patrimoniului public; Analiza tehnologiilor existente ce sar potrivi cel mai bine cu obiectul nostru de lucru;

Analiza ofertelor de pe piața materialelor de construcții și analiza prețurilor de unde v-a fi mai profitabil de făcut aprovizionarea șantierului; Analiza ofertelor financiare și a manoperei necesare pentru realizarea proiectului analizat;

Realizarea fezabilității proiectului de construcție și realizarea concluziilor privind cât de profitabil v-a fi proiectul pentru locuitorii satului.

Domeniul de cercetare este definit de analiza pieței materialelor de construcții și realizarea evaluării eficienței economice a proiectului de reabilitare a imobilului cu un nivel. Obiectul cercetării reprezintă primăria S. Marinici R. Nisporeni.

The license project "EFFICIENT REHABILITATION OF PUBLIC ASSETS" presents an approach to the theoretical and practical aspects regarding the efficiency of building rehabilitation projects, namely the evaluation of existing technologies in their efficiency.

The treatment of the problem was carried out by means of the methods of analysis and research of the offers of construction materials on the local market, the analysis of the necessary financial resources and the labour.

The purpose of the work consists in the development of a project for the rehabilitation of the town hall in S, Marinici R. Nisporeni with the help of existing technologies, choosing the most suitable one from the point of view of technical and economic efficiency.

To achieve the proposed goal, the following objectives were formulated and achieved:

Study of general concepts regarding the efficiency of construction rehabilitation – definitions and general explanations of what the efficient rehabilitation of public patrimony means; Analysis of the existing technologies that will best suit our work object;

Analysis of offers on the construction materials market and analysis of prices from where it would be more profitable for you to supply the construction site;

Analysis of the financial offers and the necessary labour for the implementation of the analysed project;

Realizing the feasibility of the construction project and drawing conclusions on how profitable the project will be for the inhabitants of the village.

The research field is defined by the analysis of the construction materials market and the evaluation of the economic efficiency of the one-level building rehabilitation project.

The object of the research is the municipality of S. Marinici R. Nisporeni.
