Organizarea eficientă a șantierului de construcții

Abstract

Proiectul de licență prezintă o abordare a aspectelor teoretice privind organizarea eficientă a șantierelor de construcție, și anume evaluarea anumitor tactici de organizare în construcții.

Tratarea problematicii s-a executat prin intermediul metodelor de analiză și cercetarea privind tacticile de organizare a șantierelor de construcție pentru a determina cea mai eficientă cale de organizare și îndeplinirea lor în lucrările de construcție.

Scopul lucrării constă în evaluarea eficienții organizării șantierului de construcție situat pe strada Doina 26, satul Cheltuitori, mun. Chișinău, Republica Moldova, prezentat în capitolul 3.

Pentru realizarea scopului propus au fost formulate și realizate următoarele obiective:

Studiul teoretic a organizării eficiente a șantierelor de construcţie – definiții și explicații generale despre o organizare a șantierelor de construcție; Analiza tipurilor de șantiere și gestionarea lor – analiza mai multor tipuri de șantiere și gestionarea lor după diferite criterii; Analiza șantierelor din Republica Moldova – analiza șantierelor din Republica Moldova, compararea cu șantierele din alte țări; Analiza organizării eficiente a șantierului de construcție – analiza șantierului de construcție prin intermediul a diferitor metode de analiză a eficienții organizării șantierului sub formă de tabele argumentative;

Analiza a organizării combinate pe șantier de construcție – analiza organizării combinate a șantierului de construcții sub formă de tabele unde sunt descrise bine argument punctele forte și punctele slabe ale organizării combinate;

Analiza și realizarea organizării a utilajelor pe șantier față de proiect – sunt descrise metode și exemple de amplasare a utilajelor pe șantierul de construcții; Analiza posibilității organizări eficiente pentru șantier de construcție față de proiect – sunt descrise în tot capitolul 3, începând cu tipul de organizare, amplasarea corectă a utilajelor, depozitarea materialelor, organizarea și amplasarea resurselor materiale;

Domeniul de cercetare este definit de analiza eficienței organizării a șantierului de construcții de pe strada Doina 26, satul Cheltuitori, mun. Chișinău, Republica Moldova. Obiectul cercetării reprezintă șantierul de construcții de pe strada Doina 26, satul Cheltuitori, mun. Chișinău, Republica Moldova. Rezultatele obținute reprezintă realizarea evaluării eficienței economice a obiectului cercetării.

The degree presents an approach to the theoretical aspects of the effective organization of construction sites, namely the evaluation of certain construction organization tactics.

The treatment of the problem was carried out by means of analysis methods and research on the tactics of organizing construction sites in order to determine the most effective way of organizing and fulfilling them in the construction works.

The purpose of the work consists in evaluating the efficiency of the organization of the construction site located on Doina street 26, Cheltuitori village, Chisinau municipality, Republic of Moldova, presented in chapter 3.

To achieve the proposed purpose, the following objectives were formulated and achieved:

The theoretical study of the efficient organization of construction sites - definitions and general explanations about the organization of construction sites; Analysis of types of construction sites and their management –analysis of several types of construction sites and their management according to different criteria; Analysis of construction sites in the Republic of Moldova – analysis of construction sites in the Republic of Moldova, comparison with construction sites in other countries; Analysis of the effective organization of the construction site – analysis of the construction site by means of different methods of analysis of the efficiency of the organization of the construction site in the form of argumentative tables;

The analysis of the combined organization on the construction site – the analysis of the combined organization of the construction site in the form of tables where the strengths and weaknesses of the combined organization are well argued;

Analysis and realization of the organization of the equipment on the construction site in relation to the project - methods and examples of the location of the equipment on the construction site are described;

The analysis of the possibility of effective organization for the construction site in relation to the project - are described in the whole chapter 3, starting with the type of organization, the correct placement of the machines, the storage of materials, the organization and location of material resources;

The research field is defined by the analysis of the efficiency of the organization of the construction site on Doina street 26, Cheltuitori village, Chisinau municipality, Republic of Moldova.

The object of the research is the construction site on Doina street 26, Cheltuitori village, Chisinau municipality, Republic of Moldova.

The obtained results represent the evaluation of the economic efficiency of the research object.
