Особенности выращивания Rheum raponticum в условиях Молдовы

Abstract

Рассмотрев свойства вторичных метаболитов Rheum rhaponticum, мы исследовали перспективу их использования для биологической защиты растений. Целью наших исследований являлось выявление особенностей выращивания Rheum rhaponticum в условиях Республики Молдова. Полученные результаты свидетельствуют, что в климатических условиях центральной части Молдовы плантации ревеня рекомендуется обеспечить капельным орошением. Использование для предпосевной обработки семян Rheum rhaponticum препарата Gliocladin SC на основе гриба-антагониста Trichoderma virens эффективно для увеличения всхожести. Для защиты отпочвенных вредителей высаживать R. rhaponticum рекомендуем окрепшей рассадой.

Considering the properties of Rheum rhaponticum secondary metabolites, we investigated the prospectsfor their use in biological plant protection. The aim of our research wasto determine the characteristics of Rheum rhaponticum cultivation in the Republic ofMoldova. The obtained resultsindicated that drip irrigation of the rhubarb plantation under the climatic conditions of the central part of Moldova is recommended. The use of Gliocladin-SC preparation, based on the fungus-antagonist Trichoderma virens, for the presowing treatment of Rheum rhaponticum seeds, is effective for increasing the germination. To protect against soil pests, we recommend to transplant Rheum rhaponticum seedlings when they are strong.
