Перспективы производства овощной продукции и картофеля в Украине

Abstract

В статье рассмотрены проблемы современного состояния отрасли овощеводства Украины, исследована динамика изменений в производстве овощей в Украине и Черкасской области, начертаны основные пути реформирования отрасли и определены условия для повышения производства овощной продукции, которая бы полностью обеспечивала потребности в ней перерабатывающей промышленности и населения страны и прилегающих регионов. Для проведения аналитических исследований использованы статистико-экономические методы и системно-сравнительный анализ.

The paper isfocused on the issues of the present-day state of the vegetable growing in Ukraine and presents researches on the dynamics of changes that have occurred in the vegetable production of Ukraine, in general, and in Cherkassy region,in particular. The main strategiesfor reforming the branch were highlighted and the conditions were defined for increasing vegetable production, which would fully meet the needs of processing industry, country’s population as well as the one living in the surrounding regions. Statistical and economic methods and systemic-comparative analysis were used for analytical studies.
