Abstract:
This paper explores the potential impact of artificial intelligence (AI) on the job market, analyzing the evidence and arguments surrounding the potential replacement of human workers by machines. The paper draws on various scholarly sources, including academic research, industry reports, and policy analysis, to comprehensively analyze the topic. The literature review highlights the existing research on the impact of AI on the job market, identifying gaps in the literature and setting the stage for new research. The methodology used in this study involves a qualitative research design, including a case study approach to analyze the potential effects of AI on the healthcare industry's job market.
