dc.description.abstract In this work, the evolution of life will be reviewed from the point of view of improving the quality of nutrition. To begin with the development of agriculture and animal husbandry allowed humans to cultivate crops and raise livestock, leading to more varied and nutrient-rich diets. In recent times, advancements in science and technology have led to further improvements in the quality of nutrition. The discovery of essential vitamins and minerals, as well as the development of fortified foods, has helped to address nutrient deficiencies and improve overall health.
