dc.description.abstract Invenţia se referă la metalurgie, şi anume la procedee de durificare a pieselor din oţel, obţinute prin deformare plastică, care lucrează în condiţii de frecare şi ciclice. Procedeul, conform invenţiei, include prelucrarea termică, deformarea plastică şi nitrurarea. Înainte de nitrurare piesele se încălzesc până la temperatura de 490-540°C, cu menţinerea într-o atmosferă inertă timp de 20-30 min. Procesul de nitrurare se realizează ciclic, totodată fiecare ciclu se realizează prin două semicicluri egale după durată, iar durata fiecărui semiciclu constituie 0,5, 1, 1,5 ore. Primul semiciclu include îmbogăţirea cu azot, iar al doilea semiciclu include disocierea stratului nitrurat - întreruperea alimentării cu amoniac. Semiciclurile se realizează la temperaturi diferite. Înainte de nitrurare se curăţă suprafaţa nitrurată prin electroliză, mecanic etc. Procesul de nitrurare se realizează la o temperatură mai joasă decât temperatura transformărilor eutectoide. en_US
dc.description.abstract Изобретение относится к металлургии, а именно к способам упрочнения стальных деталей, полученных пластической деформацией, которые работают во фрикционных и циклических условиях. Способ, согласно изобретению, включает термическую обработку, пластическую деформацию и азотирование. Перед азотированием детали нагревают до температуры 490-540°C, выдерживая в инертной атмосфере в течении 20-30 минут. Процесс азотирования выполняется циклически, при этом каждый цикл выполняется посредством двух равных по продолжительности полуциклов, а длительность каждого полуцикла составляет 0,5, 1, 1,5 часа. Первый полуцикл включает насыщение азотом, а второй полуцикл включает диссоциацию азотированного слоя - прерывание подачи аммиака. Полуциклы выполняются при разных температурах. Перед азотированием очищается азотированная поверхность электролизом, механически и т. д. Процесс азотирования проводится при температуре ниже температуры эвтектоидных преобразований. en_US
dc.description.abstract The invention relates to metallurgy and can be used to processes for hardening steel parts, obtained by plastic deformation, working in frictional and cyclic conditions. The process, according to the invention, comprises heat treatment, plastic deformation and nitriding. Before nitriding, the parts are heated to a temperature of 490-540C, keeping them in an inert atmosphere for 20-30 min. The nitriding process is carried out cyclically, at the same time each cycle is carried out by two equal in duration half-cycles, and the duration of each half-cycle is 0.5; 1; 1.5 hours. The first half-cycle comprises the saturation with nitrogen, and the second half-cycle comprises the dissociation of the nitrided layer - interruption of ammonia supply. The half-cycles are performed at different temperatures. Before nitriding, the nitrided surface is cleaned by electrolysis, mechanically, etc. The nitriding process is carried out at a temperature below the temperature of eutectoid transformations. en_US
