Investigaţii privind ameliorarea calităţii porumbului prin conţinutul sporit de lizină în bob

Abstract

The results of scientific researches during a long period of time (26 years) demonstrated the possibility to create new lines and hybrids of maize. The hybrids Chisinau 307PL and Chisinau 401L with higher production, higher protein and lysine content in grains were regionalized in the Republic of Moldova and may be cultivated up to 50-55 thous and plants per ha. The nutritive value of grains of the hybrid Chisinau 307PL, used in ratio of pigs, showed a higher value of 49,5%, compared to normal maize. The hybrids of maize will play an important role in reducing the protein malnutrition of humans and also will help to reduce the cost of feed supplement for monogastric animals.
