dc.description.abstract Nanostructured films of copper oxide co-doped with Ag and Ni were deposited by synthesis from aqueous chemical solutions SCS. Effects of rapid and long term thermal treatments on morphological and structural properties has been carried out. Data analysis has demonstrated a clear change in morphological and structural properties of investigated oxides. en_US
