Integrarea informațională a tehnologiilor Industriei 4.0

Abstract

In lucrare sunt analizate tehnologiile – piloni ai conceptului Industrie 4.0 si problematica intergarii informational – decizionale a acestor tehnologii. Pentru o ințelegere mai buna a proceselor integraționale sunt utile reprezentările grafice ale fluxurilor informaționale. Se arata ca integrarea are loc pe verticala (în interiorul companiei), pe orizontala (pe lantul valoric) și a ingineriei cap – coada. Mai mulți factori favorizează utilizarea protocoalelor standard de mesagerie bidirectionala a unei fabrici cu brocheri IoT utilizand capacitatile de calcul in nor.

The paper analyzes the technologies - pillars of the Industry 4.0 concept and the issue of the informational - decisional integration of these technologies. For a better understanding of integration processes, graphic representations of information flows are useful. It is shown that the integration takes place vertically (within the company), horizontally (on the value chain) and of end-to-end engineering. Several factors favor the use of standard two-directional messaging protocols in a factory with IoT brokers using cloud computing capabilities.
