Creşterea şi fructificarea cireşului în funcţie de sistemul de conducere şi tăiere a pomilor

Abstract

Scopul: Sporirea productivității plantațiilor de cireș prin identificarea distanțelor de plantare, sistemei de formare și tăiere a pomilor și elaborarea procedeelor tehnologice de menținere a unui echilibru fiziologic între creștere și fructificare. Obiectivele: Determinarea intensității proceselor fiziologice de creștere și rodire la soiurile de cireș Valerii Cikalov și Record, altoite pe portaltoi generativ Mahaleb și a soiurilor Bigarreau Burlat, Adriana, Ferrovia, Kordia, Skeena, Lapins și Regina, altoite pe portaltoiul vegetativ Gisela 6, în zona de sud și centru a Republicii Moldova; Elaborarea modelului și procedeelor tehnologice ale formării coroanei pomilor de cireș, în formă de cupă, ce răspunde la o serie de cerințe a pomiculturii moderne în special în ceea ce privește randamentul la tăierea pomilor și la recoltarea fructelor; Aprecierea influenței diferitor tehnici de formare și tăiere a coroanei, în special în perioada de creștere și fructificare a pomilor, asupra structurii coroanei și a productivității lor; Aprecierea influenței procedeelor tehnologice asupra indicatorilor de calitate; Determinarea parametrilor tehnologici și economici în vederea constituirii unor sistemele de cultură durabile, integrate cu eficiență economică înaltă.

The goal: to increase the productivity of sweet cherry orchards by determining planting distances, developing a system for canopy formation and pruning, and technological methods to maintain the physiological balance between growth and fruiting. The objectives: The determination of the intensity of the physiological growth and fruiting processes in the Valerii Cikalov and Record cherry tree varieties, grafted on the Mahaleb generative rootstock, and the BigarreauBurlat, Adriana, Ferrovia, Kordia, Skeena, Lapins and Regina varieties, grafted on Gisela 6 vegetative rootstock, grown in the southern and central regions of the Republic of Moldova. The development of a model and technological methods for the formation of a cupped crown that meets a number of requirements of modern fruit growing, especially with regard to productivity when pruning trees and harvesting fruits. The evaluation of the influence of various methods of canopy formation and pruning, especially during the period of trees growth and fruiting, on the structure of the canopy and its productivity. The evaluation of the influence of growth regulators on the rationing of the number of fruits on trees, yield and quality of fruit. The evaluation of the impact of technological processes on fruit quality indicators. The determination of technological and economic parameters for the creation of sustainable integrated cultivation systems with high economic efficiency.

Цель: Повышение продуктивности насаждений черешни за счет определения схемы посадки, системы формирования и обрезки деревьев и разработки технологических приемов для поддержания физиологического баланса между ростом и плодоношением. Задачи: Определение интенсивности физиологических процессов роста и плодоношения у сортов черешни Валерий Чкалов и Рекорд, привитых на подвой Махалеб, и сортов Bigarreau Burlat, Adriana, Ferrovia, Kordia, Skeena, Lapins și Regina, привитых на подвое Cisela 6, в районе юга и центра Республики Молдова; Разработка модели и технологических приемов формирования чашевидной кроны деревьев черешни, отвечающей ряду требований современного плодоводства, особенно по урожайности при обрезке деревьев и сборе плодов; Оценка влияния различных форм формирования кроны и приемов обрезки, на структуру кроны и их продуктивность; Оценка влияния технологических процессов на показатели качества плодов; Определение технологических и экономических параметров для создания устойчивых систем выращивания плодов с высокой эффективностью.
