dc.description.abstract Crearea contactului între dinți cu geometrie convex-concavă și diferență mică de curbe. S-a constatat că multiplicitatea absolută a angrenării dinților (100%) în conformitate cu cele trei condiții definitorii poate apărea numai atunci când se utilizează profilul variabil convex / concav al flancurilor dinților, de obicei roțile centrale, în funcție de valorile unghiurilor axice conice. și notați raza de curbură a profilelor dinților coroanelor roții satelitului, precum și numărul de dinți ai roților Z și raportul acestora. Capacitatea portantă și eficiența mecanică a transmisiilor precesionale cu angrenaj conform revendicării 1 sunt propuse a fi crescute prin realizarea următoarelor soluții tehnice:- crearea de contacte între flancurile dinților cu geometrie convex- concavă cu diferența mică de curbe; - asigurarea unghiurilor minime de presiune între flancurile dinților dințate; - asigurarea vitezei minime relative de alunecare cu frecare între flancurile conjugate; - micșorați multiplicitatea angrenajului din față și creșteți gradul de acoperire longitudinală cu rulare pură a dinților în interacțiunea sferospațială a roților conjugate. Soluțiile tehnice menționate mai sus stau la baza dezvoltării transmisiilor cu angrenaje precesionale. Implementat la nivel de laborator, prototip în cadrul Universității Tehnice a Moldovei. en_US
dc.description.abstract Creating contact between teeth with convex-concave geometry and small difference in curves. It was found that the absolute multiplicity of tooth engagement (100%) in compliance with the three defining conditions can occur only when using the variable convex / concave profile of the tooth flanks, usually the central wheels, depending on the values of conical axoid angles and notation the radius of curvature of the profiles of the teeth of the crowns of the satellite wheel, as well as the number of teeth of the Z wheels and their ratio. The load-bearing capacity and the mechanical efficiency of the geared precessional transmissions according to claim 1 are proposed to be increased by the realization of the following technical solutions:- creating contacts between the flanks of the teeth with convex-concave geometry with the small difference of curves;- ensuring the minimum pressure angles between the flanks of the geared teeth; - ensuring the minimum relative sliding speed with friction between the conjugate flanks;- decrease the multiplicity of the front gear and increase the degree of longitudinal coverage with pure rolling of the teeth within the spherospatial interaction of the conjugate wheels. The technical solutions mentioned above are the basis for the development of transmissions with precessional gearing. Implemented at laboratory level, prototype inside the Technical University of Moldova. en_US
