dc.description.abstract | Invenţia se referă la tehnologia construcţiilor de maşini, şi anume la procedeele de fabricare a pieselor prin presarea umedă a pulberii metalice. Procedeul de presare umedă a pulberii metalice include amplasarea unui amestec (1) de pulbere metalicăşi lichid într-o formă de presare, care constă dintr-o matrice (2), în care sunt executate canale capilare (3) şi de drenaj (4), un poanson mobil (5) şi unul fix (6), un piston (7) şi un miez (8). Procedeul mai include presarea amestecului (1) prin deplasarea poansonului mobil (5) şi pistonului (7), concomitent se efectuează vacuumarea prin canale (3, 4) şi se aplică impulsuri cu o forţă, mărimea căreia nu depăşeşte 0,2% din mărimea forţei specifice de presare. | en_US |
dc.description.abstract | The invention relates to mechanical engineering technology, namely to processes for manufacturing parts by wet pressing of metal powder. The process for wet pressing of metal powder includes placement of a mixture (1) of metal powder and liquid in a mold, which consists of a matrix (2), in which are made capillary (3) and drainage (4) channels, a mobile (5) and a fixed (6) plunger, a piston (7) and a rod (8). The process also includes compressing of the mixture (1) by moving the mobile plunger (5) and the piston (7), concomitantly is carried out the vacuum compaction through the channels (3, 4) and are applied pulses with a force, whose value does not exceed 0.2% of the specific pressing force value. | en_US |
