Această metodă poate fi folosită pentru a studia proprietă܊ile structurale, biofizice, morfologice ܈și optice a particulelor mobile într-un܊țesut biologic in vivo ܈și interacțiunile lor cu mediul, pentru captarea particulelor mobile într-un anumit loc a bioțesutului sau de a manipula cu ele. Metoda de captare optică a particolulor mobile în ܊țesuturile biologice constă în determinarea adîncimii de localizare a particulei mobile, formarea unui fascicol paralel de lumină coerentă cu o lungime de undă de iradiere optimă. | en_US |
dc.description.abstract | The invention relates to methods for optical capture of mobile particles in biological issues with the optical forces and can be used to study the structural, biophysical, morphological and optical properties of biological tissue particles in vivo and their interactions with the environment for the retentions of particles in a particular site in a biological tissue or their manipulation.The method for optical capture of mobile particles in biological tissues consists in the determination of the mobile particle localization depth, formation of a parallel beam of coherent laser light with an optimal irradiation wavelength. | en_US |
