dc.description.abstract Many natural phenomena and the functioning of a large number of technical devices are accompanied by the emission of mechanical energy, which turns into useless heat in the atmosphere. In nature these phenomena could be: wind gusts, high and low tides or even sea surface roughness. In technology these phenomena could be: mechanisms of idle motion, vibrations of unbalanced masses and irrational control of machines. The simple mechanical system, here described, allows to improve casual and chaotic motions of various bodies in ranked unilateral rotation of the executive organ (output unit) with beforehand limited unevenness. en_US
