Abstract:
The modern mobile means designed for taking out the harvest from plantations are usually equipped with autonomous devices for loading and unloading. The moving palletized fruit collector is made of armed cranes hung on a trailer or on the tractor itself, and the frontal loaders are of a hook type. The main requirements for these devices consist in the simplicity of sequence scheme, in refusal of traditional lifting system by flexible organ complicated by the drive of the drum rotation, tackle block and brake system. In the mechanisms presented here, the lifting and lowering of load are realized directly by moving the arm. To pour out the unpacked harvest in transportation means, it was used a loader equipped with two mechanisms for lifting and slopping of the basket. In the given work it was recommended that the loader were equipped with a mechanism of a variable structure which simplifies by half the hydraulic drive and significantly its metal consumption.
