Abstract:
In AIIIBV chemical combinations family, gallium antimonide is a material with unusual physical properties. Behavior of the transition elements like Iron, Chromium, Manganese, Nickel in various AIIIBV combinations is a current problem both from theoretical and applicative point of view. The transiton metals impurities behavior is ambiguous and controvertible. In present paper are analyzed spinic relaxation mechanisms in gallium antimonide doped with iron in different concentrations. The spinic relaxation speed has been determined from Hanlle contour structure registered at T=2K temperature. In GaSb it is distinguished an additional spinic relaxation mechanism about ferromagnetic cluster formative process released by iron in GaSb matrix.
