dc.description.abstract As a social organization the state appears at the same time with the changes occurred în the primitive community. Taking these changes în consideration and the subsequent development of human mentality, people felt the need to change their social life. The old form of living together în tribes and gens became insufficient and clearly inefficient for the regulation of social relations. At this moment the state emerged – a new form of social organization with features indispensible for the current version of state. Throughout the history various theories and philosophical movements developed about the location, emergence, functions and role of the state. en_US
