Arenda - element al impulsionării reformei funciare în Republica Moldova

Abstract

The main goal of the article “Land renting as an element of the land reform development in the Republic of Moldova” is to show how the modern conditions of the land use influence the development of agriculture in Moldova. The scientific analysis of the land fund development since 2001 showed a considerable increase of the cultural productivity, until 2000 the agriculture in Moldova was in stagnation. This phenomenon is due to the large development of marketing and the possibility of land renting. All the recommendations on the improvement the land reform due to the land renting are included in this article
