dc.description.abstract This paper aims to present a concept of a user interface system. First, the main elements of the interaction dimension within an HMI interface are described. Being an essential part of HMI interface dimensions, these elements are used in the development and implementation of the interfaces in the organization of modern production systems. Then, a conceptual framework regarding the user interface design is explained. This approach offers the possibility to adapt the quadratic programming module to access web resources specialized in making calculations related to human resource planning. Finally, the human resource management web application is provided, being an integral part of the conceptual architecture of the user interface, accessible to managers and employees of the enterprise, having different access rights. The days-off scheduling interface is low-cost and it is implemented with the support of web technologies that make it accessible from any device (phone or personal computer) connected to the Internet. This feature defines the accessibility and portability of the application and it will become an essential asset for the managers and employees of the company, where it will be used. en_US
dc.description.abstract Le but de cet article est de présenter un concept de système d’interface utilisateur et d’analyser les éléments principaux de la dimension interaction, au sein d'une interface HMI, qui sont utilisés dans son élaboration et sa mise en oeuvre dans l'organisation des systèmes de production modernes. On va adopter une approche conceptuelle de la construction d’interfaces utilisateur, qui off re la possibilité d’adapter le module de programmation quadratique pour accéder à des ressources web spécialisées dans la réalisation des calculs liés à la planifi cation des ressources humaines. Cependant, la description de l’application Web de gestion des ressources humaines est présentée, comme faisant partie intégrante de l’architecture conceptuelle de l’interface utilisateur, accessible aux gérants et aux employés de l’entreprise avec diff érents droits d’accès. L’interface de planifi cation des jours de repos est peu coûteuse, mise en oeuvre avec le support des technologies web, ce qui la rend accessible depuis n’importe quel appareil (téléphone ou ordinateur personnel) connecté à Internet. Ce fait défi nit l’accessibilité et la portabilité de l’application, apportant un avantage essentiel aux gestionnaires et employés de l’entreprise, où elle sera utilisée. en_US
dc.description.abstract În acest articol este prezentată o rezolvare a sistemului interfaţă-utilizator. Sunt analizate elementele principale ale dimensiunii interacţiune, din cadrul unei interfeţe HMI, utilizate în dezvoltarea și implementarea lor în organizarea sistemelor de producţie moderne. Este prezentată o abordare conceptuală pentru construirea interfeţelor utilizator. Aceasta oferă posibilitatea adaptării modulului de programare pătratică pentru accesarea resurselor web specializate în realizarea calculului aferent planificării resursei umane. Totodată, este prezentată descrierea aplicaţiei web de management al resursei umane, ca parte integrantă a arhitecturii conceptuale a interfeţei utilizator, accesibilă managerilor și angajaţilor întreprinderii, cu drepturi de acces diferite. Interfaţa de planificare a zilelor de odihnă este low-cost, implementată cu suportul tehnologiilor web, ce o face accesibilă de pe orice dispozitiv (telefon sau calculator personal) conectat la reţeaua internet. Acest fapt definește accesibilitatea și portabilitatea aplicaţiei, aducând un esenţial avantaj pentru managerii și angajaţii companiei, unde va fi utilizată. en_US
