dc.description.abstract In the investigation there were taken three trunks of Pleurotus HK35 (test) 5A, 22P cultivated on the nutritive substrata like wheat straws (test) and rinds of sunflower. The preparation process of the substratum was made using the thermal disinfection method at 90 o C during an hour and at 80 o C for two hours. There have been effectuated observations on the development and growing activity of the myce - lium in the substratum and on the formation and maturation of the briquettes en_US
