Proiectarea sistemului IoT de monitorizare a parametrilor de păstrare produselor farmaceutice pe parcursul transportării

Abstract

Scopul lucrării: Proiectarea unui sistem IoT pentru monitorizarea parametrilor conținutului produselor farmaceutice în timpul transportului. Obiectivele generale:

1. Analiza integrării tehnologiilor IoT în logistica transportului produselor farmaceutice.

2. Studierea și analizarea cerințelor și specificațiilor industriei farmaceutice conform legislației privind transportul produselor medicale. 3. Dezvoltarea topologiei sistemului IoT pentru monitorizarea parametrilor conținutului produselor farmaceutice. 4. Selecția senzorilor și a echipamentului pentru sistemul de monitorizare a parametrilor conținutului produselor farmaceutice în timpul transportului. 5. Dezvoltarea părții hardware a sistemului, inclusiv integrarea senzorilor, microcontrolere, module de comunicație fără fir și a altor echipamente în rețeaua IoT. 6. Configurarea software-ului pentru gestionarea proceselor de colectare, transmitere și prelucrare a datelor în sistem. 7. Integrarea și implementarea sistemului, inclusiv instalarea și configurarea.

Metode aplicate: Metode de sinteză și analiză, principii de proiectare a sistemelor, analiză SWOT. Rezultate obținute: S-au studiat aspectele integrării tehnologiilor IoT în logistica transportului produselor farmaceutice, s-au analizat cerințele și specificațiile acestora, s-a efectuat o analiză SWOT a sistemului, pe baza căreia a fost dezvoltată topologia sistemului de monitorizare IoT, au fost selectați senzorii și echipamentele, s-a configurat software-ul sistemului, s-au examinat aspectele de integrare și implementare a sistemului de monitorizare.

Objective of the work: Designing an IoT system for monitoring the parameters of pharmaceutical products during transportation. Tasks:

1. Analysis of the integration of IoT technologies into the logistics of pharmaceutical transportation. 2. Study and analysis of requirements and specifications of the pharmaceutical industry according to legislation in the field of medical product transportation.

3. Development of the topology of the IoT system for monitoring the parameters of pharmaceutical products. 4. Selection of sensors and equipment for the monitoring system of the parameters of pharmaceutical products during transportation. 5. Development of the hardware part of the system, including the integration of sensors, microcontrollers, wireless communication modules, and other equipment with the IoT network.

6. Configuration of the software for managing the processes of data collection, transmission, and processing in the system. 7. Integration and implementation of the system, including installation and configuration. Methods used: Methods of synthesis and analysis, system design principles, SWOT analysis. Results obtained: Issues of integrating IoT technologies into the logistics of pharmaceutical transportation were studied, requirements and specifications were analyzed, a SWOT analysis of the system was conducted, based on which the topology of the IoT monitoring system was developed, sensors and equipment were selected, software of the system was configured, and issues of integration and implementation of the monitoring system were examined.

Цель работы: Проектирование IoT системы для мониторинга параметров содержания фармакологической продукции при ее транспортировке

Задачи:

1. Проведение анализа вопросов интеграция IoT-технологий в логистику транспортировки фармацевтической продукции.

2. Исследование и анализ требований и спецификаций фармацевтической индустрии согласно законодательству в области транспортировки медицинской продукции.

3. Разработка топологии системы IoT системы мониторинга параметров содержания фармакологической продукции.

4. Выбор сенсоров и оборудования системы мониторинга параметров содержания фармакологической продукции в процессе транспортировки.

5. Разработка аппаратной части системы, включая интеграцию сенсоров, микроконтроллеров, беспроводных модулей связи и другого оборудования с сетью

IoT.

6. Настройка программного обеспечения для управления процессами сбора, передачи

и обработки данных в системе.

7. Интеграция и внедрение системы, включая установку и настройку.

Применяемые методы: методы синтеза и анализа, принципы проектирования

систем, SWOT-анализ.

Полученные результаты: Исследованы вопросы интеграции IoT-технологий в логистику транспортировки фармацевтической продукции, проанализированы требования

и спецификации к ней, поведён SWOT-анализ системы, на базе которых разработана топология IoT системы мониторинга, выбраны датчики и оборудование, произведена настройка программного обеспечения системы, рассмотрены вопросы интеграции и внедрения системы мониторинга.
