dc.description.abstract The invention relates to the field of pressure measurement, and can be used for measuring low gas pressures. An experimental prototype of a thermal vacuum gauge has been constructed; the gauge includes an electronic unit and a transducer, the sensitive element of which is a thin insulating film with heating and measuring circuits deposited on the film surface; the latter circuit is implemented in the form of a thermocouple array. en_US
