dc.description.abstract Invenția se referă la microbiologie și biotehnologie, și anume la un mediu pentru liofilizarea tulpinilor fungice din genul Trichoderma și poate fi utilizat pentru conservarea și stocarea pe termen lung a tulpinilor fungice. Mediul, conform invenției, cuprinde,%: glucoză - 7, nanoparticule Fe2ZnO4 - 0,0005 și lapte degresat - restul. Rezultatul invenției constă în creșterea viabilității tulpinilor fungice după liofilizare și după depozitare în stare liofilizată. en_US
dc.description.abstract The invention relates to microbiology and biotechnology, namely to a medium for lyophilization of fungal strains of the genus Trichoderma and can be used for conservation and long-term storage of fungal strains. The medium, according to the invention, comprises, %: glucose - 7, Fe2ZnO4 nanoparticles - 0.0005 and skim milk - the rest. The result of the invention consists in increasing the viability of fungal strains after lyophilization and after storage in lyophilized state. The invention was created based on scientific results obtained within the project 20.80009.7007.09 „Conservation and exploitation of microbial biodiversity as a support for the development of sustainable technologies and agriculture, integration of science and education”, funded by National Agency for Research and Development (NARD), Republic of Moldova. en_US
