dc.description.abstract Vacuummetrul tensorezistiv VD-10 a fost elaborat cu destinația de a îmbunătăți precizia măsurătorilor la presiuni joase; vacuummetrul include o unitate de măsurare și un traductor, al cărui element sensibil este un cristal de siliciu în partea de mijloc al căruia este fixată o membrană subțire cu tensoresistooare amplasate pe suprafața exterioară. Pentru a reduce dependența de temperatura mediului ambiant, pe cristal este plasat un circuit format din rezistoare și un tranzistor; circuitul asigură alimentarea circuitului-punte cu o tensiune dependentă de temperatură pentru a compensa deriva. În plus, fluctuațiile de temperatură sunt înregistrate de unitatea de măsurare pentru corecția suplimentară în program. en_US
dc.description.abstract To improve the accuracy of low pressure measurements, a VD-10 tensoresistive vacuum gauge sample has been developed and constructed; the gauge includes a measuring unit and a transducer, the sensitive element of which is a silicon crystal in the middle part of which a thin membrane with tensoresistors placed on the outer surface is formed. To decrease the dependence on the ambient temperature, a circuit consisting of a transistor and resistors is formed on the crystal; the circuit provides power to the bridge circuit with a temperature-dependent voltage to compensate for the drift. In addition, temperature fluctuations are recorded by the measuring unit for additional software correction. en_US
