dc.description.abstract | Invențiile se referă la microbiologie, și anume la mediul nutritiv de cultivare a tulpinii P. piceum CNMN-FD-21, care conține: glucoză - 4,0%, NaNO3-0,5%, K2HPO4-0,5%, FeSO4•7H2O-0,005%, extract de drojdii-1,5%, polisorbat-20 - 2,0mM/l, 1ml soluție de microelemente (compoziția (%) - MnSO4•4H2O-0.01, NH4Mo7O4•4H2O-0.01, CuSO4- 0.01, ZnSO4-0.02, CoCl2-0.02), apă distilată, pH - 6,0…6,2, și la mediul nutritiv pentru cultivarea tulpinii P. corylophilum CNMN-FD-20, care conţine: glucoză-3,0%, NaNO3- 0,1%, KH2PO4-0,1%, MgSO4•7H2O-0,1%, CaCO3-0,2%, extract de drojdii-1,0%, apă distilată, pH-6,0...6,2. Mediile propuse micșorează durata de cultivare a tulpinilor cu o zi, la P. piceum stimulează activitatea catalazei cu 36%, iar la P. corylophilum majorează activitatea antifungică a metaboliţilor cu 20-50%. | en_US |
