dc.description.abstract Invenția se referă la biotehnologie, și anume la un mediu de liofilizare a tulpinilor fungice din genul Aspergillus care conține: lapte degresat + 7% glucoză + 5 mg / l NP de Fe2O3 și poate fi utilizat pentru pentru conservarea și depozitarea pe termen lung a tulpinilor fungice. Mediul de protecție propus utilizat pentru liofilizarea tulpinilor fungice aparținând la genul Aspergillus, contribuie la stimularea viabilității tulpinilor după procesul de uscare prin congelare cu 6 - 14,0% și cu 4 - 12,4% după 1 an de depozitare în stare liofilizată. en_US
dc.description.abstract The invention relates to biotechnology, namely to a lyophilization medium of fungal strains of the genus Aspergillus which contains: skimmed milk + 7% glucose + 5 mg / l NP of Fe2O3 and can be used for long-term preservation and storage of strains fungal. The proposed protection medium used for the lyophilization of fungal strains belonging to the genus Aspergillus, contributes to stimulating the viability of the strains after the freeze-drying process by 6 - 14.0% and 4 - 12.4% after 1 year of storage in the lyophilized state. en_US
