dc.description.abstract Invenţia se referă la biotehnologie, şi anume la un mediu pentru liofilizarea tulpinilor de fungi din genul Trichoderma şi poate fi utilizată pentru conservarea şi păstrarea îndelungată a tulpinilor de fungi. Mediul, conform invenţiei, conţine, %: glucoză-7, nanoparticule de Fe2ZnO4 - 0,0005 şi lapte degresat - restul. Rezultatul invenţiei constă în sporirea viabilităţii tulpinilor de fungi după liofilizare şi după păstrare în stare liofilizată. en_US
dc.description.abstract The invention relates to biotechnology, namely to a medium for lyophilization of fungal strains of the genus Trichoderma and can be used for conservation and long- term storage of fungal strains. The medium, according to the invention, comprises, %: glucose - 7, Fe2ZnO4 nanoparticles - 0.0005 and skim milk - the rest. The result of the invention consists in increasing the viability of fungal strains after lyophilization and after storage in lyophilized state. en_US
