dc.description.abstract | Mediu nutritiv pentru cultivarea tulpinii de fungi Trichoderma koningii Oudemans CNMN FD 15, caracterizat prin aceea că suplimentar la componentele mediului proxim în calitate de stimulator al biosintezei proteazelor include compusul izobutirato-cloro-me-toxo-(2,4,6-tris(2-piridil)-s-triazină)-mangan(II) metanol solvat cu formula [Mn(is)(Cl)(tpt) (CH3OH)]·CH3OH sau diaqua-nitrato-(2,4,6-tris-(2-piridil)-s-triazină)-mangan(II) nitrat cu formula [Mn(NO3)(tpt)(H2O)2](NO3) în următorul raport al ingredientelor,%: tărâţe de grâu – 2,0; făină de soia – 1,0; CaCO3 – 0,2; (NH4)2SO4 – 0,1; [Mn(is)(Cl)(tpt)(CH3OH)]·CH3OH sau [Mn(NO3) (tpt)(H2O)2](NO3) – 0,0005…0,0010; apă potabilă – restul; pH iniţial al mediului – 6,25. dc.description.abstract | Nutrient medium for cultivation of Trichoderma coningii Oudemans CNMN FD 15 fungi strain, characterized that, additionally to the components of the proximal medium, as protease biosynthesis stimulator, includes isobutyrate-chloro-methoxy-(2,4,6-tris(2-pyridyl)-s-triazine)-manganese(II) methanol solvate compound of the formula [Mn(is)(Cl) (tpt)(CH3OH)]·CH3OH, or diaqua-nitrato-(2,4,6-pyridyl)-s-triazine)-manganese(II) nitrate of the formula [Mn(NO3)(tpt)(H2O)2](NO3) in the following concentration,%: wheat bran – 2.0; soybean meal – 1.0; CaCO3 – 0.2; (NH4)2SO4 – 0.1; [Mn(is)(Cl)(tpt)(CH3OH)]·CH3OH or [Mn(NO3) (tpt)(H2O)2](NO3) – 0.0005…0.0010; drinking water – the rest; initial pH of the medium – 6.25.
