Studiul managerial privind producția materialului săditor viticol "bază" cu trasabilitatea evaluării riscurilor și impactul asupra calității butașilor soiurilor pentru masă

Abstract

Scopul lucrării constă în realizarea studiului privind producția materialului săditor viticol „bază” cu trasabilitatea evaluării riscurilor și impactul asupra calității butașilor soiurilor pentru masă. Obiectivele lucrării: 1. Studierea etapelor și cerințelor înaintate procedurii de certificare, control și comercializare a materialului de înmulțire și săditor viticol de categoria bază; 2. Identificare cerințelor de calitate a materialului săditor viticol de calitate „Bază” conform valorii biologice și provenienței materialului de înmulțire folosit la altoire; 3. Studierea condițiilor climaterice și pedologice a Republicii Moldova în vederea zonării ecologice a plantațiilor mamă furnizoare de material de înmulțire viticol și a școlilor de vițe; 4. Evaluarea stării actuale a sectorului viticol și producerii materialului săditor viticol; 5. Studiul trasabilității la tehnologia producerii vițelor altoite de categorie biologică „Bază”.

The aim of the work is to carry out the study on the production of the "base" viticultural planting material with the traceability of the risk assessment and the impact on the quality of cuttings of table varieties. Objectives of the work: 1. Studying the stages and requirements submitted to the procedure for certification, control and marketing of basic category viticultural propagation and planting material; 2. Identification of the quality requirements of the "Base" quality viticultural planting material according to the biological value and the origin of the propagation material used for grafting; 3. Studying the climatic and pedological conditions of the Republic of Moldova with a view to the ecological zoning of the mother plantations supplying viticulture propagation material and of the vine schools; 4. Evaluation of the current state of the viticultural sector and the production of viticultural planting material; 5. Traceability study of the production technology of grafted vines of biological category "Base".
