Abstract:
Based on the fact that the most critical period for bee families is the winter period, the research aim was to establish the hygienic status of bee families after winter period also the strengthening of the level of physiological resistance and feeding of bee familes with the exometabolites of some strains of micromycetes administered together with wheat flour cakes. For the description of the morpho-cultural properties of the isolates with antimicrobial potential, the selected strains of micromycetes were cultivated on different agar media: malt-agar; Czapek; raistrik; starch-ammonia, and the description of the properties was carried out after 4, 7 and 14 days of cultivation. The results of the investigations showed that the level of hygienic behavior of bee families is the main factor that characterizes the state of health of bees, as well as decisively influences the resistance for metobolic, infectious and parasitic diseases. For cultivation of micromycete strains on specific nutrient media, the best cultural properties were obtained in case of using the maltagar nutrient medium. Also is important to mention that the screening of 21 strains of micromycetes were demonstrated that the strain P.sp. 91 had a more pronounced increase on the cultured millets. The administration of the micromycetes exometabolites P.sp. 91 in a volume of 50 ml/kg cake, stimulated the prolificacy of the bee families, having index on the 24-th day after administration with 29% more compared to control lot.
