Teza este alcătuită din 3 capitole, partea introductivă și concluzii. În primul capitol este descris domeniul problematic, scopul și obiectivele proiectului. Al doilea capitol este dedicat identificarea riscurilor monitorizarea și durabilitatea proiectului. În capitolul 3 este prezentat rezultatele lucrării, cu elaborarea instrumentelor TIC. Scopul prezenței teze de master constă în dezvoltarea unei aplicații software care să permită utilizatorilor să planifice, să gestioneze și să monitorizeze proiecte într-un mod eficient și organizat. Aceasta va fi o soluție digitală care va ajuta la îmbunătățirea fluxului de lucru al echipei, la creșterea eficienței și la maximizarea rezultatelor proiectului. Scopul acestei aplicații este de a oferi o soluție integrată care să permită utilizatorilor să organizeze și să urmărească proiecte cu ușurință, să gestioneze resursele și să comunice cu membrii echipei într-un mod eficient. Obiectivele proiectului sunt în asigurarea unei funcționalități puternice de gestionare a resurselor, astfel încât utilizatorii să poată urmări resursele lor, cum ar fi bugetul, timpul și personalul, și să ia decizii informate privind alocarea acestora, să poată lucra împreună într-un mod eficient și să poată comunica informații importante în timp real.
