Reglementări normative privind protecția datelor cu caracter personal

Abstract

Investigarea temei privind protecția datelor cu caracter personal a fost efectuată cu scopul de a evalua semnificația, valoarea și importanța acordată confidențialității și protecției datelor cu caracter personal. Am făcut încercări de a face o distincție între conceptul de confidențialitate și protecția datelor. Pe acest motiv a fost nevoie de analizat cadrul general normativ de protecție a datelor cu caracter personal la nivel internațional și național. În plus, s-au analizat rezultatele supravegherii activității autorităților publice de Centrul Naţional pentru Protecţia Datelor cu Caracter Personal privind respectarea și exercitarea mecanismului de control aspra utilizării datelor cu caracter personal.

The study of the protection of personal data was carried out with the aim of assessing the meaning, value and importance given to the confidentiality and protection of personal data. We have made attempts to draw a distinction between the concept of confidentiality and data protection. For this reason, it was necessary to analyze the general normative framework for protecting personal data at the international and national levels. In addition, the results of the supervision of the activity of public authorities by the National Center for the Protection of Personal Data regarding the observance and exercise of the control mechanism over the use of personal data were analyzed.
