dc.description.abstract	Simbolurile statului conferă societatea comunității, îndeplinind în același timp o funcție de stabilire a ordinii. Ele cresc șansele statului de a promova procesul de identificare a cetățenilor cu valorile sale politice și constituționale. Apărarea simbolurilor statului prin incriminarea actelor care exprimă disprețul față de acestea ridică problema ingerinței în sfera libertății protejate de dreptul la libera exprimare și libertatea artistică.	en_US
dc.description.abstract	State symbols confer the society of community, while fulfilling a function of establishing order. They increase the state's chances of promoting the process of citizens identifying with its political and constitutional values. Defending state symbols by criminalising acts expressing contempt for them raises the question of interference in the sphere of freedom protected by the right to free expression and artistic freedom.	en_US
