Abstract

Proiectul de master „Managementul proiectelor de construcții a grădiniței de copii din orașul Nazareth Illit, Israel”, prezintă o abordare a aspectelor teoretice și practice privind oportunitatea implementării proiectului de construcție în domeniul social și anume dezvoltarea terenului prin

edificarea grădiniței de copii din orașul Nazareth Illit, Israel.

Studiul problematicii s-a executat prin intermediul metodelor de analiză și cercetare a mediului creat în orașul Nazareth Illit, Israel, analiza oportunităților de finanțare a proiectului și elaborării planului calendaristic de dezvoltare a proiectului.

Scopul acestei lucrări de master constă în elaborarea studiului de fezabilitate tehnico – economic pentru construcția grădiniței de copii din orașul Nazareth Illit, Israel. Pentru realizarea scopului au fost formulate și realizate următoarele obiective: 1. Tratarea și locul conceptelor privind managementul proiectelor de construcții;

2. Studiul rolul-ului managerul proiectului de construcții;

3. Analiza metodelor de management al proiectelor de construcții;

4. Analiza situației din domeniul economiei și construcțiilor în Israel;

5. Managementul executării proiectului construcției „Grădiniței de copii”;

6. Concretizarea și planificarea implementării proiectului „Grădiniță de copii”.

Mediul de cercetare este definit de analiza pieței bunurilor imobile din Israel, de analiza posibilităților realizării proiectelor de construcții. Domeniul de cercetare constă în realizarea oportunităților de implementare a proiectului de construcție a „Grădiniță de copii” și a analizei căilor și soluțiilor eficiente de management de proiect.

Obiectul de cercetare reprezintă schițele de proiect pentru construcția „Grădiniță de copii”.

Prezenta lucrare are un volum de 69 pagini, 7 tabele, 29 figuri, 4 formule, concluzii, 21 surse

bibliografie și anexe.

The master's project "Management of the construction projects of the children's kindergarten in the city of Nazareth Illit, Israel", presents an approach to the theoretical and practical aspects regarding the opportunity to implement the construction project in the social field, namely the development of the land by building the children's kindergarten in the city of Nazareth Illit, Israel.

The study of the problem was carried out by means of the methods of analysis and research of the environment created in the city of Nazareth Illit, Israel, the analysis of the project financing opportunities and the elaboration of the calendar plan for the development of the project.

The purpose of this master's thesis is to develop the technical-economic feasibility study for the construction of the kindergarten in the city of Nazareth Illit, Israel. To achieve the goal, the following objectives were formulated and achieved:

1. Treatment and place of construction project management concepts;

2. Study of the role of the construction project manager;

3. Analysis of construction project management methods;

4. Analysis of the situation in the field of economy and construction in Israel;

5. Management of the execution of the "Kindergarten" construction project;

6. Concretization and planning of the implementation of the "Kindergarten" project.

The research environment is defined by the analysis of the real estate market in Israel, the analysis of the possibilities of the realization of construction projects. The field of research consists in realizing the opportunities for the implementation of the "Kindergarten" construction project and the analysis of effective project management ways and solutions.

The object of research is the project sketches for the construction of "Kindergarten".
