Executarea lucrărilor cadastrale la nivel de clădiri și încăperi izolate, orașul Ialoveni

Abstract

Scopul lucrării: analiza bazelor teoretice şi metodologice ale procesului de înregistrare primară masivă a bunurilor imobile.

Obiectivele lucrării:

- Analiza cadrului legislative în scopul executării lucrării;

- Stabilirea procedeelor obligatorii de executare a unei lucrări la nivel de clădiri și încăperi

izolate;

- Descrierea obiectului de studiu.

- Aplicarea metodelor practice asupra lucrărilor la nivel de clădiri și încăperi izolate.

Metodele aplicate la elaborarea lucrării: analiza asupra legislației în scopul întocmirii raportului tehnic, utilizarea proiectului, metoda de analiză a materialelor cadastrale.

Rezultatele obţinute:

− Bazele teoretice a lucrărilor cadastrale;

− Analiza metodologiei lucrărilor cadastrale;

− Elaborarea dosarului tehnic al lucrării;

− Elaborarea planului geometric/cadastral în cadrul lucrărilor la nivel de clădiri și încăperi izolate;

− Analiza economică;

− Elaborarea sănătății și securități în muncă.

The purpose of the work: analysis of the theoretical and methodological bases of the massive primary registration process of real estate.

Objectives of the work:

- Analysis of the legislative framework for the purpose of executing the work;

- Establishing the mandatory procedures for the execution of a work at the level of buildings and isolated rooms;

- Description of the study object.

- Application of practical methods on works at the level of buildings and isolated rooms.

The methods applied to the elaboration of the paper: the analysis of the legislation for the purpose of drawing up the technical report, the use of the project, the method of analysis of the cadastral materials.

The results obtained:

- Theoretical bases of cadastral works;

- Analysis of the methodology of cadastral works;

- Elaboration of the technical file of the work;

- Elaboration of the geometric/cadastral plan within the works at the level of buildings and isolated rooms;

- Economic analysis;

- Development of occupational health and safety.
