Executarea lucrărilor cadastrale de înregistrare masivă, comuna Cotiujenii Mici, raionul Sîngerei

Abstract

Scopul lucrării: analiza bazelor teoretice şi metodologice ale procesului de înregistrare primară masivă a bunurilor imobile.

Obiectivele lucrării:

- Analiza aspectului teoretic şi practic a procesului de înregistrare primară masivă.

- Studierea legislației, procedura operațională de executare a lucrărilor cadastrale de înregistrare funciară masivă.

- Descrierea obiectului de studiu.

- Aplicarea metodelor practice asupra lucrărilor de înregistrare primară masivă.

Metodele aplicate la elaborarea lucrării: analiza istorică a evoluţiei lucrărilor cadastrale de înregistrare primară masivă, utilizarea proiectului, metoda de analiză a datelor cadastrale, comparaţia, metoda aplicării cadrului normativ.

Rezultatele obţinute:

− Elaborarea raportului lucrării;

− Elaborarea schemelor cadastrale de câmp;

− Elaborarea şi completarea formularelor tip pentru colectarea datelor generale despre bunurile imobile şi proprietari;

− Elaborarea planului cadastral în cadrul lucrărilor cadastrale de înregistrare masivă;

− Analiza economică;

− Elaborarea sănătății și securități în muncă.

The purpose of the work: analysis of the theoretical and methodological bases of the massive primary registration process of real estate.

Objectives of the work:

- Analysis of the theoretical and practical aspects of the massive primary registration process.

- Studying the legislation, the operational procedure for the execution of massive land registration cadastral works.

- Description of the study object.

- Application of practical methods on massive primary registration works.

The methods applied to the elaboration of the paper: the historical analysis of the evolution of the cadastral works of massive primary registration, the use of the project, the method of analysis of the cadastral data, the comparison, the method of applying the normative framework. The results obtained:

− Elaboration of the work report;

− Elaboration of field cadastral schemes;

− Elaboration and completion of standard forms for collecting general data about real estate and owners;

− Elaboration of the cadastral plan within the cadastral works of massive registration;

− Economic analysis;

− Development of occupational health and safety.
