Executarea lucrărilor cadastrale la nivel de teren, municipiul Hîncești

Abstract

Scopul lucrării: analiza, elaborarea și modificarea hotarelor terenurilor cu care lotul de pământ de pe lângă casă depășește norma prevăzută de legislație.

Obiectivul generale:

Abordarea teoretico-metodologică a executării lucrărilor cadastrale la nivel de teren;

Descrierea situației actuale a fondului funciar;

Identificarea și corectarea erorilor cadastrale la nivel de teren;

Metodele aplicate la elaborarea lucrării: examinarea avantajelor și provocările asociate cu

utilizarea GPS-ului în teren și modul în care datele colectate sunt procesate și utilizate ulterior în birou. Rezultatele concrete obținute: în rezultat am obținut raportul lucrării cadastrale, caracteristica economică a lucrării și modul în care se protejează sănătatea la locul de muncă.

The purpose of the work: the analysis, elaboration and modification of the boundaries of the lands by which the plot of land next to the house exceeds the norm provided by the legislation. General objective:

The theoretical-methodological approach to the execution of cadastral works at the field level;

Description of the current situation of the land fund;

Identification and correction of land-level cadastral errors;

Methods applied to the development of the paper: examination of the advantages and challenges associated with the use of GPS in the field and how the collected data is processed and subsequently used in the office.

The concrete results obtained: in the result we obtained the report of the cadastral work, the economic characteristic of the work and the way in which health is protected at the workplace.
