Asigurarea topografică-geodezică a lucrărilor de montaj al structurilor din elemente prefabricate

Abstract

În prezenta teză de licență se expune descrierea metodică și tehnologică la executarea lucrărilor de asigurare topo-geodezică în construcții, cu accentuarea pe construcții din elemente prefabricate, unde respectarea metodologiei, a tehnicilor și a acurateției de executare este de mare importanță.

Introducerea prezintă o sinteză a tendințelor actuale în domeniul măsurătorilor terestre, cu relevanță în domeniul executării construcțiilor, fiind accentuat faptul că asigurarea topo-geodezică este prezentă la fiecare etapă de realizarea a unei construcții începând cu faza de peoiectare, trasare in teren, executare, dare in exploatare și post exploatre prin urmarirea in timp a comportarii obiectivului și a terenului aferent.

Capitolul 1 prezintă aspectele generale ale topografiei inginerești în domeniul asigurării topo-geodezice a construcțiilor, esență, principiul si importanta prin prizma cadrului legal.

Caiptolul 2 descrie metodologia, aparatura și instrumente aplicate la trasarea terenurilor, construcţiilor și a elementelor constructive.

Capitolul 3 include partea aplicativă ce include descrierea zonei de implementarea a proiectului de construcție, etape de lucru, aspcte ale trasarii elementelor de fundare și de fundatie.

Capitolul 4 reprezintă analiza economică a procesului de lucru efectuat în capitolul 3, unde se calculează norma de timp, salarizarea, amortizarea imobilizărilor, rezerva pentru reperații și tariful.

Capitolul 5 descrie importanța componentei de securitate a muncii în lucrul cu utilaje de măsurare pe șantier, condițiile de muncă, analiza riscurilor la locul de muncă și care sunt măsurile de protecție. Se abordează și cauzele și măsurile de protecție contra incendiilor.

Lucrarea se încheie cu concluzii rezultate în urma elaborării, efectuării practicii în domeniul prelucrării executărilor lucrărilor de măsurători pe șantier.

In this thesis the methodical and technological description of the execution of topographic and geotechnical works in construction, with emphasis on prefabricated constructions, where compliance with the methodology, techniques and accuracy of execution is of great importance.

The introduction presents a summary of current trends in the field of land surveying, with relevance to the field of construction, emphasizing the fact that topo-geotechnical assurance is present at each stage of construction, starting with the construction phase, from the ground laying phase, execution, commissioning and post-exploitation by monitoring over time the behavior of the objective and the surrounding land.

Chapter 1 presents the general aspects of engineering surveying in the field of topographic-geodetic construction insurance, its essence, principle and importance through the legal framework.

Chapter 2 describes the methodology, apparatus and instruments applied to the plotting of land, buildings and building elements.

Chapter 3 includes the application part which includes the description of the area of implementation of the construction project, work stages, aspects of the layout of foundation and foundation elements.

Chapter 4 is the economic analysis of the work process carried out in Chapter 3, where the time norm, payroll, depreciation of fixed assets, the reserve for reperation and the tariff are calculated.

Chapter 5 describes the importance of the occupational safety component of working with measuring machines on site, working conditions, risk analysis in the workplace and what the protective measures are. The causes and measures of fire protection are also covered.

The thesis concludes with conclusions resulting from the elaboration, carrying out the practice in the field of processing the execution of measurement works on site.
