Abstract

Цель работы: Разработка и внедрение интегрированной сети управления и мониторинга в гостиничном комплексе, обеспечивающей оптимизацию процессов обслуживания, повышение безопасности и комфорта для гостей и эффективное управление ресурсами.

Общие задачи:

1. Анализ текущего состояния телекоммуникационной инфраструктуры гостиничного комплекса; 2. Спроектировать интегрированную сеть управления и мониторинга;

3. Интеграция IoT-устройств и автоматизация процессов;

4. Оптимизация сети;

5. Разработка документации.

Применяемые методы: Теоретический анализ, практическое проектирование, техническая интеграция, тестирование и экономическая оценка. Полученные конкретные результаты: Проект продемонстрировал, как интеграция современной сети управления и мониторинга может значительно повысить безопасность, комфорт и операционную эффективность гостиничного комплекса, предлагая жизнеспособные технические и экономические решения. Модульная архитектура интегрированной сети позволяет адаптироваться к изменяющимся потребностям и требованиям бизнеса и интегрировать новые технологии без существенных затрат.

Scopul lucrări:. Dezvoltarea și implementarea unei rețele integrate de management și monitorizare în complexul hotelier, asigurând optimizarea proceselor de servicii, creșterea siguranței și confortului pentru oaspeți și gestionarea eficientă a resurselor. Obiectivele generale:

1. Analiza stării actuale a infrastructurii de telecomunicații a complexului hotelier;

2. Proiectarea unei rețele integrate de control și monitorizare;

3. Integrarea dispozitivelor IoT și automatizarea proceselor;

4. Optimizarea rețelei;

5. Elaborarea documentației.

Metodele aplicate: Analiză teoretică, proiectare practică, integrare tehnică, testare și evaluare economică.

Rezultate concrete obținute: Proiectul a demonstrat cum integrarea unei rețele moderne de management și monitorizare poate îmbunătăți semnificativ securitatea, confortul și eficiența operațională a unui complex hotelier, oferind soluții tehnice și economice viabile. Arhitectura modulară a rețelei integrate facilitează adaptarea la nevoile și cerințele în schimbare ale afacerii și integrarea de noi tehnologii fără costuri semnificative.
