Влияние финансового менеджмента на устойчивое развитие сельскохозяйственных предприятий левобережья Республики Молдова

Abstract

Цель научной работы заключается в разработке теоретических и методологических основ финансового менеджмента и устойчивого развития предприятия, а также в выявлении взаимосвязи между финансовым менеджментом и устойчивым развитием предприятий. Актуальная задача, решенная в ходе диссертации состоит в теоретическом и методологическом обосновании роли финансового менеджмента в процессе обеспечения устойчивого развития сельскохозяйственных предприятий. Практическая ценность исследования состоит в том, что результаты исследования могут быть использованы в качестве научно-методической базы для изучения финансового менеджмента в процессе проведения лекционных и практических занятий. Менеджеры предприятий могут использовать данные рекомендации для создания здорового экономического климата на предприятиях. Выводы и рекомендации по теме исследования могут быть использованы государственными органами с целью обеспечения устойчивого развития сельскохозяйственных предприятий. Выводы и рекомендации будут способствовать улучшению устойчивого развития предприятий путем совершенствования финансового менеджмента.

Scopul cercetării este de a dezvolta baza teoretică și metodologică a managementului financiar și a dezvoltării durabile și identificarea legăturii dintre managementul financiar și dezvoltarea durabilă a intreprinderilor. Problema ştiinţifică actuală soluționată în cadrul tezei constă în fundamentarea teoretică și metodologică a rolului managementului financiar în procesul de asigurare a dezvoltării durabile a întreprinderilor agricole. Valoarea aplicativă a cercetărilor se datorează posibilităţii de a utiliza rezultatele cercetărilor în activitatea didactică. Rezultatele ştiinţifice ale acestui studiu au fost prezentate şi discutate în cadrul conferinţelor ştiinţifice, simpozioane şi seminare, precum şi publicate în reviste ştiinţifice economice de profil. Multe dintre recomandările prezentate în teză au fost implementate în activităţile întreprinderilor din partea stânga a Republicii Moldova.

The aim of the research is to develop the theoretical and methodological basis of financial management and sustainable development, and to identify the link between financial management and sustainable development of enterprises. Current major scientific problem, solved within the thesis consists in theoretical and methodological substantiation of the role of financial management in the process of ensuring sustainable development of agricultural enterprises. The applicative value of the research is due to the possibility of using the research results in the didactic activity. The scientific results of this study were presented and discussed in scientific conferences, symposia and seminars, as well as published in economical scientific journals. Many of the recommendations presented in the thesis were implemented in the activities of enterprises from the left side of the Republic of Moldova.
