Abstract:
In the work are presented results of the study of the content of micro -, macroelements and the presence of heavy metals in the soil, linden flowers, honey and bees. The content of micro -, macroelements and the presence of heavy metals was determined by the method of atomic absorption spectrometry at the Institute of Chemistry. It was found that the total amount of microelements in the soil constitutes-8.55 mg/kg, linden flowers – 108.0 mg/kg, linden honey – 10.03 mg/kg and bees – 345.4 mg/kg, respectively, macroelements – 215.76 mg/kg, 29936.6 mg/kg, 13652.90 mg/kg and 31131.0 mg/kg and heavy metals – 2.21 mg/kg, 24.46 mg/kg, 3.91 mg/kg and 93.10 mg/kg. It was revealed that linden honey has the mass fraction of moisture – 15.2 %, invert sugar – 81.0%, sucrose content – 2.0%, diastase index – 15.3 un. Gote, oxymethylfurfurol - 3.07 mg / kg, and acidity - 1.65 milliequivalents per 100 g.
