dc.description.abstract This article is about the concept of graphic design and its evolution along the development of human civilization and the history of this field. It dates back to the prehistoric era, starting with cave paintings, hieroghlyphs and other rudimentary forms of visual expression, which were used to convey messages and document human experiences. Comparatively, the modern digital era has the indispensable role in shaping our visual world, the way we consume information and interact with the surroundings. The history of graphic design is a journey of originality and innovation. It is a process of adapting to current trends and the needs of society. As the field continues to evolve rapidly, one thing remains unchanged: the evolution of graphic design tells the history of human civilization from a visual point of view. Understanding the history of graphic design will help us realize key design trends from the past and how to translate them into the future with a personalized touch. en_US
