Elemente de calcul privind stabilirea debitelor de consum în context european

Abstract

În cadrul acestei lucrări autorii și-au propus să facă o analiză a metodelor de determinare a debitelor de calcul. Pentru acest studiu sunt prezentate principii de dimensionare pornind de la debitele specifice ale punctelor de consum din Germania, Danemarca, Slovacia, Cehia și Franța. Analizând reglementările tehnice din țările studiate se poate concluziona că pentru a putea avea o viziune comună asupra consumului sustenabil de apă este nevoie de unificarea metodelor de calcul de debitelor la nivel european.

In this paper, the authors proposed to analyse the methods of determining the calculation flows. For this study, sizing principles are presented starting from the specific flow rates of consumption points in Germany, Denmark, Slovakia, the Czech Republic and France. Analysing the technical norms of the studied countries, it can be concluded that to have a common vision on sustainable water consumption, the unification of flow calculation methods is needed at the European level.
