With consumer expectations for customized experiences at an all-time high, companies are leveraging popular techniques such as data analytics, artificial intelligence, and customer journey mapping to create highly customized interactions across digital and physical touchpoints. The author’s research analyzes current trends including the use of real-time data, predictive modeling, and omnichannel personalization, while addressing the operational challenges of implementing these innovations at scale.
