Influența genotipului vierilor asupra dezvoltării organelor interne și formării producției de carne la hibrizii de suine

Abstract

The exchange of substances in the body has its peculiarities and depends on the degree of development of the individual. The growth of each organ takes place specifically, at different speeds depending on the genotype of the animals. The paper presents the results of research conducted on young pigs resulting from combinations of breeds with the use of hybrid boars. Differences were found between the experimental groups, regarding the growth intensity and the formation of the internal organs. The animals obtained by hybridization achieved a higher absolute weight of the lungs, liver and kidneys, and this led to their more efficient functioning, causing a more advanced metabolism, which influenced in certain conditions, the process of forming the proportion of meat in pig carcasses.
