Abstract:
Quality and biological value of bee products depends largely on the maintenance conditions of bee families. Our research was conducted to determine the micro- and macroelements content, and heavy metals in the composition of pollen. It was established that the composition of pollen dry mass is 85.89- 93.06% absolutely dry 82.68 - 86.90%, initial water is 6.94 - 14.11%, hygroscopic 2.90- 6.98% total from 13.10 to 19.54%. It revealed that the total amount of studied elements in pollen composition is from 53.2 to 95.1 mg / kg, of which Mn from 11.1 to 29.6 mg / kg, Cr 0.5 - 0.9 mg / kg, Co 1.0 mg / kg, Zn from 28.6 to 47.3 mg / kg, Cu 9.7 to 16.4 mg / kg. It was found that in the composition of pollen macroelements consist 11,810.2 to 15,140.4 mg / kg, of which Ca from 1480 to 3304.6 mg / kg, Mg 652.8 to 1532.8 mg / kg, Fe 49.8-190, 3 mg / kg, K 3450-6750 mg / kg, Na 29.4 to 61.0 mg / kg, P2O5 4117-7680 mg / kg. It was established that in the composition of the pollen heavy metals consist from 41.34 to 50.08 mg / kg, of which Pb 0.23 to 0.68 mg / kg, Cd from 0.07 to 0.12 mg / kg. The amount of micro, and macroelements and heavy metals in pollen is not identical and depend largely on their origin and period of collection. The richest in micro-and macroelements is pollen collected during spring.
