dc.description.abstract | The paper presents the results of the study of amino acid content in honey sunflower. It– 0. was found that the highest share of proline was 0,303 mg / g (29,19%) of the total amount, with glutamic acid - 0,125 mg / g (12,04%), aspartic acid - 0,107 mg / g (10.31%) and taurie - 0.080 mg / g (7.71%). It was revealed that the total amount of free amino acids per g,ram of sunflower honey constitutes 1.013 mg/g, non-essential amino acids – 0.653 mg/g, essential – 0.272 mg/g, immunoactive amino acids – 0.382 mg/g, glycogen – 0.283 mg/g, ketogens – 0.180 mg/g, proteinogens 925 mg/g. | en_US |
