dc.description.abstract The paper presents the results of the study of amino acid content in acacia honey. It was revealed that the total amount of free amino acids per gram of acacia honey constitutes 0.258 mg/g, non-essential amino acids – 0.180 mg/g, essential – 0.079 mg/g, immunoactive amino acids – 0.114 mg/g, glycogen – 0.086 mg/g, ketogens – 0.051 mg/g, proteinogens – 0.258 mg/g. en_US
